Business Development Associate (IT) Full-time • On-site
As a Business Development Associate (IT), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about sales, technology, and the IT services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their IT service needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospects.
- Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate with Tech teams to develop project pitches, estimations, proposals, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records (HubSpot preferred) for all leads, interactions, and activities.
- Work cross-functionally to align client expectations and facilitate seamless communication.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals—via calls, email follow-ups, virtual and in-person meetings.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 0.6–1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably within IT services or software consulting.
- Strong record of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good technical understanding and familiarity with IT consulting and software service offerings.
- Experience in pre-sales documentation, proposal preparation, and negotiation processes is a strong advantage.
