As a Business Development Associate (IT), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about sales, technology, and the IT staffing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential customers, new markets, and evolving customer needs.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Book meetings and product demos through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking efforts.
- Contribute to customer presentations, proposals, and sales literature.
- Learn and apply consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and propose solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term customer relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate up-to-date records of the entire sales lifecycle in CRM systems.
- Promote the company’s IT staffing and SaaS-based services while addressing or predicting client objectives.
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in platform sales or recruitment tech.
- Proven track record in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and sales conversions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and negotiation processes.
- Strong understanding of Tech Recruitment / IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation models.
