Business Analytics & MIS Executive Full-time • Malad, Mumbai
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analytics & MIS Executive to manage reporting, performance analytics, and customer issue follow-ups. You will coordinate across teams to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and timely escalation closure to improve operations and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Reporting & MIS: Develop, compile and publish daily / weekly / monthly MIS and performance dashboards; validate and audit data for consistency; maintain historical data and trend analysis; identify discrepancies and work with teams to correct errors.
- Team Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality metrics and compliance; coordinate with departmental leads to collect performance data; highlight exceptions & performance gaps; prepare insights for management reviews.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Operations, HR and Customer Service to gather inputs; follow up with stakeholders for timely data submission; standardize reporting templates and processes.
- Customer Support Escalation Management: Log, track and follow up on customer issues; monitor ticket aging, turnaround time and closure rates; escalate critical delays to management.
- Analytics & Insights: Generate actionable insights to improve metrics and service levels; support root-cause analysis and recommend improvements; assist in automation and optimisation of reporting.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation of reporting processes, data sources and definitions; ensure adherence to data privacy and integrity standards.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Competency
- Advanced Excel – pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas and data validation.
- Exposure to Power BI / Tableau (preferred).
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination & documentation skills.
- Experience in customer service coordination and escalation handling.
- Proactive, organized, strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, IT, Commerce or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in MIS reporting, business analytics or operations support.
- Experience with ticketing systems or customer service coordination is a plus.
